Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you can cancel or return an order and how refunds are handled. It applies alongside your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

1. Who we are

Refund requests are handled by "Kaliman Caribe Yer" LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Armenia (registration number 264.110.08806, TIN 00101272), registered at Republic of Armenia, 0004 Yerevan, 17a Papazyan street, apt. 17. 2. Digital goods and the right of withdrawal

For downloadable content such as game keys, codes and subscriptions, you agree that delivery begins immediately after purchase. As permitted by consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once a key or code has been revealed or activated.

3. When you can get a refund

A key or code is invalid, already used, or does not work, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
You were charged incorrectly or twice for the same order.
A preorder is cancelled by the publisher before release.
The item was not delivered within a reasonable time.

4. When a refund is not available

The key or code has been revealed, redeemed or activated and works as described.
You changed your mind after a working digital item was delivered.
The request relates to region or platform requirements clearly stated on the product page.

5. Hardware returns

Consoles and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping may be at your cost unless the item was faulty.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@femyhopper.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Loyalty points earned on a refunded order are reversed.
