1. Who we are

The FemyHopper store at femyhopper.com is operated by "Kaliman Caribe Yer" LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Armenia (registration number 264.110.08806, Tax Identification Number 00101272), with its registered office at Republic of Armenia, 0004 Yerevan, 17a Papazyan street, apt. 17. 2. The store and eligibility

FemyHopper sells digital and gaming goods, including game keys, gift cards, subscriptions, consoles and accessories. You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing errors even after an order is placed. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

5. Delivery of digital goods

Digital keys and codes are delivered to your email and account, usually immediately after payment. Preorders are delivered on or around the product’s release date. For a countdown item such as a preorder, the release date shown is indicative and may change.

6. Loyalty points and promo codes

You earn points on eligible purchases and may redeem them for up to a set share of an order. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable and may expire or be adjusted in case of returns or abuse. Promo codes are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be combined unless indicated.

7. Payment

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. By paying you authorise the charge for the total shown at checkout, including any redeemed points and applied discounts.

8. Refunds and withdrawal

Your statutory rights and our Refund Policy apply to purchases. Please note that once a digital key or code has been revealed or activated, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply, as permitted by consumer law.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell keys or codes obtained fraudulently or use the store for money laundering or fraud.
• Interfere with, scrape or attempt to breach the security of the store.
• Use another person’s payment details without authorisation.

10. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos and product names belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the goods offered. The FemyHopper name, design and code are protected and may not be copied without permission.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The store is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia — the jurisdiction in which the operator "Kaliman Caribe Yer" LLC is incorporated — without prejudice to your mandatory local consumer rights. Questions: support@femyhopper.com.
